Directions

  1. Heat sesame oil in wok or possibly deep skillet. Add in chicken cubes and fry till half cooked. Add in broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts and onion. Stir fry. Add in chicken broth, soy sauce and blended cornstarch. Cook till sauce thickens. Serve over white rice.
