Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frzn mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. Minced cooked chicken
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Poultry seasoning, (up to 2)
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley or possibly chives

Directions

  1. Combine soups, poultry seasoning, chicken and vegetables; mix well.
  2. Combine Bisquick and lowfat milk (will be the consistency of pancake batter, add in more lowfat milk if needed); pour over chicken mix. Sprinkle with parsley or possibly chives
  3. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
