  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. flour (approximately)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • Stewing chicken (cut into pcs)

  2. Waffles: Beat the Large eggs and add in to 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk. Add in the salt and flour. Mix with an electric mixer. The batter must be very thin. If it is not the right texture, add in more lowfat milk or flour.
