Directions

  1. Tear off 4 sheets of heavy-duty foil. Brush with oil.
  2. Divide vegetables proportionately among the foil sheets. Brush with more oil.
  3. Top with chicken breast, skin side up.
  4. Brush with remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold up foil in a series of locked folds.
  6. Grill over medium heat for 35-40 min or bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
  7. Open packages carefully and serve.
