Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, cubed
- 1 bag sun dry tomatoes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- 1 pound vermicelli spaghetti
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- Grated Romano and Parmesan cheese

Chicken And Sun Dried Tomatoes WithPasta
Servings: 10
Directions
- Boil sundried tomatoes in water for 3 min. Drain and quarter.
- Put oil in large skillet. Chop and saute onions.
- Add in chicken, salt and pepper. Saute till chicken is almost done. Add in tomatoes and cover.
- Cook for a few more min.
- Toss with cooked, drained pasta.
- Season with grated cheese.
