Directions
- 1 lb of cubed chicken breast cooked through in 2-3 tbsp low sodium chicken broth.
- Add sliced onion
- 4 minched garlic cloves
- sliced red pepper
- 1/2 cup muir glen tomato puree
- bring to boil
- cover and simmer 15 minutes
- add chopped celery and one head of shredded cabbage
- simmer until cabbage is soft
