Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large soup pot. Add in chicken pcs and onion and saute/fry till the onion is translucent/soft. Add in chicken broth, broccoli, oat bran, pepper and salt and simmer over very low heat for 20 min.
  2. Add in heavy cream and stir. Heat for another minute or possibly two. Don't boil. Place about 2 Tbsp. swiss cheese in each individual serving bowl. Spoon soup into each serving bowl and serve.
  3. This recipe yields 5 servings.
