Chicken Adobo

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken pcs
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • Vinegar (cider) to coat each chicken piece
  • Soy sauce to coat each chicken piece
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (may use peppercorn, if you like)
  • Salt to taste (opt.)
  • 1 bay leaf (opt.)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pan and simmer covered on low fire for 30 to 45 min. Optional: After simmering chicken mix, fry chicken without the sauce in Tbsp. of veg. oil then add in sauce. NOTE: Pork or possibly combination of chicken and pork may be used. It is best to brown pork before mixing with other ingredients.
