Directions

  1. Wash chicken pcs and drain in a colander for 5 min.
  2. Place chicken pcs in a skillet with all remaining ingredients and cover. Cook for 40 min over medium fire. Lower heat and simmer for 10 to 15 min more over low fire.
  3. Remove chicken livers from skillet, mash fine and then pour back over chicken. Let boil again for 3 min. Serve warm with steamed or possibly fried rice or possibly warm rolls.
