  • 1/4 c. Chia seeds Several sprigs of fresh sage for garnish

Directions

  1. Squeeze the limes with a Mexican lime squeezer. Stir together the water, lime juice, and sugar till the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the chia seeds and garnish with the sage sprigs.
  2. Serve in tall glasses over ice.
