Cherry Chocolate Chippers Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 stk (3/4 c.) butter, softened
- 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. dry tart cherries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheets with butter or possibly margarine or possibly line with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt in small bowl.
- In large bowl of electric mixer, beat butter and sugars till blended. Add in Large eggs 1 at a time, beating between additions; add in vanilla and beat till blended.
- Beat in flour mix on low speed till blended well. Stir in chocolate chips and cherries with wooden spoon.
- Place level Tbsp. of dough 1 1/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets and bake in batches in middle of preheated oven till golden brown around edges, 12-15 min. Cold on sheets 2 min before transferring to rack to cold completely.
