Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese room temp.
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp powder cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place dough in bottom of grease tart baking dish,
  2. stretch to cover bottom and side of dish firmly press
  3. to seal. in mixing bowl beat cream cheese and one cup
  4. of sugar. set oven to 325 F with electric mixer on medium
  5. speed until smooth
  6. add one egg vanilla lemon juice for about 3 to 4 minutes
  7. pour mixture over dough in baking dish carefully place
  8. pie dough on top of cream cheese filling ,pinch to seal edges
  9. together . Brush melted butter over top, mix remaining sugar
  10. with cinnamon together and sprinkle evenly over butter.Baked
  11. for about 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set , cool on wire rack
  12. for 20 minutes, refrigerate for easy cuting
