Cheesy Potato Baked Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 25 lbs 1/2 cut Red Bliss Potatoes
- 3 lbs Melted Butter
- 3 quarts Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Dill
- 1/2 cup Onion Powder
- 1/2 cup Paprika
- 1/4 cup Salt and Pepper Mix
- 1 1/2 lbs Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Par cook potatoes in the steamer.
- Mix all (except paprika) ingredients together and 1/2 the parmesan cheese.
- Prep pans with butter spray
- Put potatoes and the butter yogurt spice mix in the mixer, with the paddle. Smash the potatoes together with the mixture.
- Pan up smashed potato/yogurt mix. top with 1/2 parmesan and papria. Finish cooking in the oven.
