Cheesy Oven Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 lrg Chicken quarters
- 1 Tbsp. Flour Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Soft white bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Grated cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 .Coat chicken in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Brush chicken with beaten egg and roll in a mix of bread crumbs and cheese.
- Place in casserole dish and dot with small pcs of butter. Bake 40 min or possibly till golden and tender.
