  • 12 ounces thin spaghetti
  • 1 lb processed American cheese (Velveeta), cubed
  • 10 ounces can diced tomatoes & green chilies (Rotel)
  • 4 cup. cubed, cooked chicken

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the cheese and tomatoes (undrained) in a saucepan and cook till cheese is melted.
  3. You may also do this in the microwave.
  4. Add in the chicken to the cheese mix and heat through.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and toss with the cheese sauce.
  6. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
