- Salad oil for frying
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 tsp tabasco pepper sauce
- 2 1/2 lb chicken pcs
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano

Cheese Fried Chicken

Directions
- Heat 1/2 to 1 inch oil in large heavy skillet. Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and Tabasco sauce. Dip chicken pcs in mix and cover well.
- Mix flour, cheese, parsley, salt and oregano together in paper bag.
- Shake chicken pcs in bag till thoroughly coated. Place in warm oil and cook 20-25 min. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serves 4.
