Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8.0 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 8.0 oz.Monterrey Jack
  • 12/ c.heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. butter/soften
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp.onion powder
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. panko bread crumbs

Cauliflower Casserole

Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Wash cauliflower cut into florets
  2. Set 1cup panko BC aside
  3. Mix all ingredients in bowl for 2 minutes
  4. make sure it remains thick
  5. Spray-Canola 8X8 casserole dish
  6. Put florets into dish/cover with mixture
  7. Sprinkle panko bread crumbs over top

      Looks good for a festive occasion. But - how much cauliflower did you use in cups, weight, part of a head, etc??? And I think there's a typo on the amount of heavy cream - 12 cups should be corrected to 1/2 cup. That way it won;t have 1306 calories p/serving as now posted!
