  1. Cook the beef, onion and chili peppers together till beef is brown, drain.
  2. In a Pam'd shallow baking dish, crush the Doritos and put them in the bottom. Put meat over Doritos, 1/2 Avocado, and Fruit, then top with 1/2 lowfat sour cream, and 1/2 refried beans. Repeat the other layer same way.
  3. Sprinkle top with cheese and bake 30 mins.
