Ingredients
- Plain Yogurt : 2 cups
- Milk : 1/4 cup
- Roasted cumin Powder: 1 tsp
- Salt and Pepper : 1 tsp
- Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
- Carrots: 1/2 cup

Carrot Raita
Time: 5 minutes prep, 2 minutes cook
Servings: 2 cups
Directions
- Whip the yogurt by adding milk.
- Wash and grate carrots and blanch for 10 minutes.
- Drain/Squeeze the water out from carrots and mix it in yogurt.
- Cool in refrigerator for 30-45mins and serve.
- I like to season with ground cummin powder.
