Ingredients
- Pineapple and kiwifruit give this salsa a sweet-and-sour flavor. Use to top grilled fish, chicken, beans or possibly rice.
- 2 c. pineapple chunks, liquid removed and minced
- 2 x yellow or possibly red bell peppers, seeded and minced
- 3 x kiwifruit, peeled and minced
- 1 sm red onion, finely minced
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves, finely minced Juice of 1 lime Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions
- Combine pineapple chunks, bell peppers, kiwifruit, onion, cilantro, lime juice and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Toss thoroughly and serve with fish or possibly chicken.
