Directions

  1. Mix curry powder, crushed garlic, sliced onion, thyme and salt & pepper with chicken
  2. Marinate 15 - 30 minutes or overnight for best results
  3. Heat oil in skillet, add meat, saute 5 minutes
  4. Add water as necessary to meat and simmer until cooked
  5. Serve with rice, steamed veggies or - in our case - roti skins.
