Caraway Rye Bread 1 Lb (Oster Bread Machine) Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Water
- 2 tsp Margarine, soft
- 1 1/2 c. Flour, bread
- 1/2 c. Rye flour
- 1 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Caraway seed
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast, (bread machine type)
Directions
- 1) Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
- 2. Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed.
- 3. Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
- 4. Select bread type: Press select till the number 1 is displayed for a 1 lb. loaf.
- 5. Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hrs indicated.
