Calypso Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 whl chopped Garlic cloves
- 6 x 4 oz boneless Pork Loin Chops
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp grnd Ginger
- 2 Tbsp. dark Rum
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag; seal bag and chill for 4-24 hrs. Remove chops from marinade; discarding leftover marinade. Grill chops quickly over indirect heat in covered grill about 10-12 min, turning once to brown both sides.
