  1. 1. On large baking sheet, arrange tortilla chips proportionately and place chicken meat over top. Heat in oven till hot.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, heat cheese in microwave till creamy and pourable (if it stays too thick, add in lowfat milk to thin). Add in jalapenos and pepper and mix well.
  3. 3. Pour over chips and chicken. Top with spinach, artichoke hearts, sprouts, olives and tomatoes, in which order. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
