Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Plain yogurt, low fat
  • 1 tsp Liquid honey
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Orange rind, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 2 slc White or possibly whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 tsp Margarine Grnd nutmeg

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine yogurt and honey; set aside.
  2. In shallow bowl, beat together egg, lowfat milk, orange rind, vanilla and salt.
  3. Dip each bread slice into egg mix, coating each side well.
  4. In large nonstick skillet, heat margarine over medium heat; cook bread for 2 min per side or possibly till golden.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
