Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cl garlic, mince
  • 1 c. Onions, chop fine
  • 1/4 c. Parsley, chop
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, chop
  • 2 lb Squid, clean, slice
  • 1/4 c. White wine
  • 1/4 c. Clam juice
  • 3 c. Marinara sauce
  • 1 pch Oregano Salt and pepper Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Heat oil and saute/fry garlic and onions till slightly brown. Add in basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook till squid is tender.
