Cake Decorator's Icing Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Crisco, (1/2 to 3/4)
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Meringue pwdr
- 1 lb Box powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. Sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla flavoring
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add in Crisco and liquids. Mix with electric mixer till smooth and fluffy. Add in food coloring if you like. Sufficient icing for a cake.
- Double recipe if more is needed for elaborate decorating.
