Directions

  1. Make 1 1/2 pound recipe for bread machines which use 3 c. flour; or possibly make 1 lb recipe for bread machines which use 2 c flour.
  2. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light Crust color. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on wire rack.
