Caesar Salad Mix Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp instant chopped garlic
- 2 x Tabsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1 x Caesar salad dressing mix
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
Directions
- DON'Tablespoons FORGET TO USE W/HERB-STUFF ING MIX CROUTONS (SEE INDEX) SALAD
- DRESSING MIX: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl till proportionately distributed. Put mix in a foil packet or possibly 1-pint glass jar. Label.
- Store in a cold, dry place. Use within 3 to 4 months.
- Makes about 3tablespoons Caesar Salad Dressing Mix, sufficient for 3/4 c. Caesar Salad Dressing. CAESAR SALAD DRESSING: Combine ingredients in a glass jar. Shake till well-blended. Refrigeratebefore serving.
