Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cabbage (up to whole head)
  • 1 pkt onion soup mix
  • 6 x onions black pepper to taste
  • 2 x green bell peppers herbs to taste
  • 1 bn scallions
  • 1 x Cubes beef bouillon (to 2) optional or possibly chicken bouillion
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar optional
  • 1 bn celery
  • 6 x carrots optional
  • 16 ounce green beans optional
  • 1 can v-8 vegetable juice or possibly tomato juice
  • 1 can diced tomato (28 ounce)

Directions

  1. Chop vegetables, combine all ingredients in a stockpot and add in sufficient waterto cover. Boil 10 min. Reduce to a simmer and continue cooking untilvegetables are tender.
  2. Makes about six qts. Eat as much as you want whenever you want, at any time of the day.
