Cabbage And Carrot Bahji

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. coriander seed crushed
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed
  • 2 x chiles dry, to 3
  • 4 c. cabbage shredded
  • 1 c. carrots diced
  • 1/3 c. tomato minced
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 x green chile minced

Directions

  1. Pam or possibly dry fry coriander, cumin seeds, and whole chilis, Stir for a minutes over medium heat, or possibly till chilis darken. Add in carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, then tumeric, green chilies,. Stir to mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15-20 min. Vegies should be a little crunchy, but if you likemooshy, cook 'em a little longer.
