Ingredients

  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • salt ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, melt butter in medium heat.
  2. Add the carrot cubes and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add onion, corn, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
