Butter Sauces Rosemary Butter

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 3 tsp Fresh rosemary leaves, Removed from the stem
  • 1/2 tsp Orange or possibly lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp. White wine Or possibly orange juice Or possibly lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Or possibly more crushed dry red Chile pepper Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lb Unsalted butter (1 stick), Softened.
