Directions

  1. Clean and wash the prawns. Pat them dry and keep aside.
  2. Chop the garlic finely. Coarsely powder the peppercorns.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté for one minute.
  4. Add the pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Put in the prawns and cover the pan. Cook on a low flame until the prawns are done. ( around 5-7 minutes)
  6. Add the salt and dash of lime.
  7. Serve hot.
