Butter Cookies (Press Cookie) Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 1/2 c. Flour sifted
- 1 lb Butter (Margarine)
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
Directions
- Beat butter and add in sugar till creamy, add in Large eggs,vanilla, baking pwdr and flour one c. at a time. Mix well.Fill cookie presser. Place on a greased cookie sheet or possibly teflon pan and bake in a preheated oven at 400^ for 5-7minutes.
