Ingredients

  • 1 env Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 3 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 lb baking potatoes slice into wedges blue cheese salad dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F. In 9x13-inch baking pan, blend onion soup mix, butter and pepper sauce. Add in potatoes and turn to coat. Bake, stirring occasionally, 45 min or possibly till potatoes are crisp. Serve with dressing.
