Ingredients
- 90 g. bucatini or spaghetti per person
- 1 medium onion
- 150 g. chopped bacon
- 250 g. canned plum tomatoes
- grated pecorino cheese
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Bucatini all'amartriciana
Time: 10 minutes prep, 20 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- Thinly slice the onion. In a pan cook it at gentle fire with some olive oil.
- Add the bacon and let it brown for one miute.
- Add the tomatoes, turn the heat to low and let it summer for about 15 minutes.
- Cook pasta al dente in salted water, drain it and mix with the sauce.
- Add some grated pecorino on top.
