Brussel Sprouts With Bacon And Caraway Seeds

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce Bacon, cut into 1/4" pcs
  • 2 lb Brussel sprouts, cooked
  • 3 pkt (10 ounce) frzn, thawed under running water
  • 1/4 c. White wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp Coarse (kosher) salt Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place bacon in a single layer in a 2 1/2 qt microwave safe casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Cover loosely with papper toweling.
  2. Microwave at 100% power for 5 min 30 seconds or possibly till done to taste.
  3. Remove from microwave.
  4. Remove bacon from dish with a slotted spoon; set aside. Stir in Brussels sprouts, vinegar and caraway seeds into the casserole dish. Cover with lid.
  5. Microwave at 100 power for 10 min, stirring once. Remove from microwave. Stir in bacon, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
