This says pudding cake ...but read directions first ...It makes its own sauce or pudding if you let it cool first ..if you eat it hot there will be a very choc.sauce untill it cools on bottom

  • BROWNIE PUDDING CAKE
  • BROWNIE
  • Brownie Pudding cake ......You will love this !
  • 1cup all -purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa power
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margerine melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts ( optional)
  • TOPPING
  • preheat oven 350*F For pudding combine all ingredients in medium bowl ; spread in 8 x8 greased baking dish .
  • pudding: which will be poured on top of batter in baking dish ( don't orry when you see it it WILL BE WATERY ...just pour over and do NOT STIR INTO the batter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cup BOILING water
  • mix sugar and cocoa together and SLOWLY STIR IN boiling water ( it will be watery.
  • pour over the batter( DO NOT STIR IN ) pudding will sink to bottom and brownie will rise to top while it cooks .......BAKE 45.min. cool completely ...then serve ...whipped cream is great on this so are strawberries bottom will be a puddding like consistency ..top will be like brownies ....FANTASTIC ..and it is SO easy...IF you like chocolate you will love this it is SO GOOD and RICH

    I make this dessert often, and we love it. Sometimes, instead of the 1 1/2 cups of boiling water for the sauce/topping, I use strong, hot coffee. Adds a whole new dimension and is delicious.
