Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frostong

A very yummy, slighly richer cream cheese frosting

Goes Well With: carrot cake, pumpkin roll, pumpkin cupcake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 stick butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 Cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp milk

Directions

  1. Add cream cheese, butter & brown sugar into mixing bowl & cream until fluffly.
  2. Slowly add powder sugar, in small amounts, scraping bowl between each addition. Add Tbsp of milk between powder sugar if frosting seems too tight.
  3. This should frost about 18 standard size cupcakes. If you wish to pipe the frosting on I suggest a double batch.
