  • 2 CUPS COOKED BROWN RICE
  • 1 CUP MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED
  • 2 EGGS, BEATEN
  • 1 TEASPOON BRAGG SPRINKLE
  • 1/2 CUP SWEET OR RED ONIONS, MINCED
  • 1/2 GREEN PEPPER, MINCED
  • 1/3 CUP SUNFLOWER OR FLAXSEED & SESAME SEEDS
  • 1/2 CUP MEXICAN 4-CHEESE, FINELY SHREDDED
  • 1 TEASPOON BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS

Directions

  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, SEASON AS DESIRED.
  2. PACK IN OILED LOAF PAN OR USE MULTI-LOAF PAN WITH (8) SMALL LOAVES.
  3. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.
