- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, skins removed

e%20top%20with%20the%20spatula.%20Sprinkle%20cookie%20bars%20very%20lightly%20with%20sea%20salt.%20Bake%20cookie%20bars%20for%2025-30%20minutes%20or%20until%20the%20top%20of%20the%20bars%20are%20light%20golden%20brown%20and%20the%20edges%20start%20to%20pull%20away%20from%20the%20pan.%20Cool%20bars%20on%20a%20wire%20rack%20to%20room%20temperature.%20Cut%20bars%20into%20squares%20and%20serve.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
