  1. Cut fish in serving pcs. Brush on both sides with extra virgin olive oil. Roll in bread crumbs. Broil about 4 min on each side or possibly till fish flakes. In meantime, combine cheese, paprika, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and beer.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally till cheese melts. Whip smooth.
  3. Arrange fillets on platter, garnish with lemon wedges, then pour sauce into serving dish.
