  • 1 lb Bay scallops or possibly sea scallps halved
  • 1 tsp Paprika Pepper, to taste Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced fresh

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Rinse scallops and pat dry. Place in a baking dish. Season with paprika and pepper on al sides. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Broil scallops about 3" from heat source 3 min, till they turn opaque.
  2. Turn to make certain they are cooked through. Garnish with parsley
