• 2 stalk broccoli, crown part cut in bite-size pcs
• 2 Tbsp. red onion minced small
• 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
• 1/2 c. raisins
• 1 can spam cut in small pcs & fried in a little oil & brown sugar, liquid removed
• 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. lowfat milk
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar
