Ingredients
- 1 box fat free chicken stock
- 1 16 oz bag frozen broccoli
- 1 16 oz bag frozen cauliflower
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 2 oz velveeta light cheese

Broccoli-cauliflower cheese soup
Time: 5 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook
Servings: 8
Directions
- Put broth,veggies and cheese into a stock pot. Simmer until veggies are tender. Add Rotel and Velveeta. Simmer until cheese is melted. Enjoy :)

Summary
This is my daughters all time favorite soup. It is a snap to prepare and is so very nutritious as well as low calorie and low fat. A little bit spicy but oh so delicious.
