Directions

  1. Cook and stir walnuts in warm oil in large skillet till lightly browned; remove from skillet. Add in broccoli, scallions and garlic to oil remaining in skillet. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min. Add in broth, sherry and soy sauce.
  2. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork and sprinkle with walnuts.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
