Breakfast Portobellas Recipe
This is a low-carb recipe a friend told me about--and it is now my favorite breakfast!

- Melt butter in fry pan. Place washed portabella bottom side up in pan. Sprinkle canadian bacon pieces into cap; then break egg over bacaon. Salt and pepper the egg. Place a lid over pan; cook for 10-15 minutes until the egg is done to your preference. Serve.
