Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1 large portobella mushroom cap (stem totally removed)
- 1 slice canadian bacon, chopped into small pieces
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper

Breakfast Portobellas
Time: 3 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 1 serving
Directions
- Melt butter in fry pan. Place washed portabella bottom side up in pan. Sprinkle canadian bacon pieces into cap; then break egg over bacaon. Salt and pepper the egg. Place a lid over pan; cook for 10-15 minutes until the egg is done to your preference. Serve.
