Breakfast Portobellas

Ingredients

  • 2 T butter
  • 1 large portobella mushroom cap (stem totally removed)
  • 1 slice canadian bacon, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper

Breakfast Portobellas

Time: 3 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 1 serving
 

Directions

  1. Melt butter in fry pan. Place washed portabella bottom side up in pan. Sprinkle canadian bacon pieces into cap; then break egg over bacaon. Salt and pepper the egg. Place a lid over pan; cook for 10-15 minutes until the egg is done to your preference. Serve.
