Breaded Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 tsp curry pwdr (1 to 2)
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp grnd red pepper
- 12 x chicken drumsticks skinned 3 pounds
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Combine first eight ingredients in a dish. Dip chicken in lowfat milk. Coat with crumb mix and place in a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Coat chicken with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
